wined3d: Remove GL_FRAMEBUFFER_INCOMPLETE_DUPLICATE_ATTACHMENT_EXT

This token was removed from the EXT_framebuffer_object spec in version
117, and isn't defined in our wined3d_gl.h header.
Changelog:
- Remove GL_FRAMEBUFFER_INCOMPLETE_DUPLICATE_ATTACHMENT_EXT from
