[RESEND] comctl32: Implement LVS_EX_DOUBLEBUFFER

Revised version, this time with proper error handling for DC/bitmap 
creation. Also refreshing without erase works now (fixes a glitch in the 
logger listview in utorrent).

Depends on my previous patch. Also added a FIXME comment for the failing 
(again) test.
