[AppDB] Display link to Duplicates

I finally got around to setting up a local version of the appdb and this is my 
first attempt at creating a patch with the new git system. Hopefully it works 
out OK....

When we display the bugs for a version and that bug is a "duplicate" We 
currently do not show which bug it is a duplicate of. I plan to do the same 
thing for "Bug Links" and "Bug Link Queue" but that is a separate patch.


Change log: Show which bug it is a duplicate of when the bugs resolution is 
"Duplicate".
