The Wine development release 3.19 is now available.

What's new in this release:

• Support for file I/O completion modes.
• WaitOnAddress synchronization primitives.
• Better support for 32-bit .NET binaries on 64-bit.
• Improved recovery on broken RPC connection.
• Various bug fixes.

The source is available now. Binary packages are in the process of being built, and will appear soon at their respective download locations.
