[Bug 1246] - fixme:ddraw:_Blt_ColorFill Color fill not implemented for bpp 24!

This fixed the problem with the illegible text and characters, but now there is a problem with the games "daylight" feature which is a shading layer. It blinks chaotically and does not match the size of the program window in the way it should. Attachments 378 and 379 document a session in which this problem occured. Ie remove this : /* 24bpp 8/8/8 */ { sizeof(DDPIXELFORMAT), DDPF_RGB, 0, { 24 }, { 0xFF0000 }, { 0x00FF00 }, { 0x0000FF } }, And re-do a 'make install' in dll/ddraw.
